Reinhart Michalke

Reinhart Michalke was born in 1971. He has practised as a lawyer since 2001 and as an accredited specialist for criminal law since 2004.

He initially studied political sciences in Bamberg before transferring to legal studies in Passau, where he specialized in tax law.

After completing his training in Munich, he initially worked as a lawyer for a national law firm. In 2002 he transferred to the field of criminal law and was an associate at Werner Leitner's firm until 2007.

In 2007 he joined a Munich law firm before he came to LEITNER & PARTNER as a partner in late 2011.

Reinhart Michalke has many years of forensic experience as a defence lawyer in all areas of criminal law. He brings the benefits of this experience to the field of corporate criminal law and criminal law relating to tax offences.

At LEITNER & PARTNER Reinhart Michalke advises companies and individuals. Michalke has defended local and international clients in enforcement actions and investigations brought by law enforcement agencies.

Reinhart Michalke serves as a consultant for the criminal law specialist training course and is a guest lecturer for the trainee lawyer courses run by the Munich chamber of lawyers and the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice.

He is a member of the German corporate criminal law association, the German bar association, the German criminal law and information technology working groups, the Munich bar association and the Munich chamber of lawyers.
